These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Writer Quest, including all content, features and services offered on or through Valkyrie Distributions Inc. By accessing or using Valkyrie Distributions Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Opt-Out Preferences (collectively, the “Agreements”).

If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to access AI Writer Quest or any of the courses that you have purchased. You will also not receive a refund for any unused courses. You may also be subject to other legal action against you if you violate these Terms of Service.

We do not offer refunds on digital services such as our courses. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

 

 

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in accordance with standard Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

 

 

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such provision.

 

 

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
